The 2015 “Boodles” Somerford Dressage

The team are keen to give spectators an extra special experience, making it into a family friendly, fun day out, with entertainment and other ideas to compliment the dressage.

They are delighted to announce that, with sponsorship from Knowsley Safari Park, the show will have live scoring in 2015. Rarely seen in the UK, this will add a little more interest and understanding to what is happening in the arenas.

In addition to the packed dressage programme , booked over the Saturday and Sunday there will be a kids area (set well away from the arenas)with bouncy castle, bungee trampoline and cup and saucer ride. Also there will be a magician with an amazing magic show, suitable for children and adults alike as well as the pool and table football for a little fun.

Other plans are still being discussed and will be published when confirmed.

The positioning of the new “Boodles” marquee will give people the fantastic opportunity to watch the dressage in a bit more style. This marquee, with excellent viewing over the main arena, will offer morning coffee, a fabulous lunch and afternoon tea and cake.

Linked to the bar overlooking the working in area where we expect many top riders to appear, makes this an appealing option for a very special day out. (See Tickets for details)

The arenas should be extra special in tasteful decoration thanks to the award winning family company “Bents Garden and Home” taking on this important task.
