Sales Administrative Support

Full-time, Permanent, Monday – Friday

Salary: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Andrews Bowen are award winning, market leading Equestrian Surface, Construction and Event Specialists, since incorporation 16 years ago the company has continued to grow.

The trend is continuing this year and hence the opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrative Support to help drive the sales lead growth across an increasing market place.

We offer a range of products across the Equestrian Construction Sector and are looking for a motivated, organised individual, who will work as part of our team providing administrative support for the business. The ability to manage own time effectively and to adapt to the changing demands and needs of the business is crucial.

Sales Administrative Support Job Purpose

Undertakes administrative job duties as it pertains to the business. Utilises skills to make certain that information received and sent out is accurate and timely. Working primarily in support of sales department to help process enquiries, quotations and orders from Sales Representatives to customers. To provide general administration support other areas of the business as required.

Sales Administrative Support Job Duties

  • · Being the first point of contact for most customers
  • · Answers phone calls and distribute calls/take messages as appropriate
  • · Log information and manage customer records as appropriate
  • · Processing enquiries and arranging site visits in conjunction with the sales team
  • · Producing high quality quotations and customer orders following site visits, including overview images
  • · Work with Sales to provide administrative support to the sales team
  • · Arranges travel and accommodation for any staff as required
  • · Acknowledges customers by responding to emails and phone calls as required
  • · Support the office with administrative tasks, including data inputting, printing, scanning and filing
  • · Provide administrative support for the directors as requested
  • · Assisting with marketing including promotional material, mailshots and company website
  • · Undertake any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required

Sales Administrative Support Skills & Qualifications

  • · Computer literate – Office 365 essential
  • · Self-Driven, People person
  • · Administrative Skills
  • · Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • · Preferable knowledge of the equestrian world but not essential
  • · Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • · Ability to prioritise workload and be highly organised
  • · Flexible approach to work
  • · Attention to detail
  • · Able to work within a team environment as well as being able to use own initiative
  • · Time oriented
  • . Salary is scaled depending on experience.
