What An Olympics!

As the first section of the London Olympics draws to a close and we look forward to the paralympics at the end of August, we can take time to reflect on what a super two weeks of equestrian sport we have enjoyed. The tally of medals for Team GBR was as follows:

Team Silver 3 Day Eventing

Team Gold Show Jumping

Team Gold Dressage

Individual Gold and Bronze Dressage.

The Andrews Bowen Prowax 2012 surfaces received great comments from all involved, riders, trainers, organisers, from all disciplines, 3 day eventing, dressage and show jumping.

One of the key componants to any successful equestrian event, at Olympic, or at any level is a great competition surface. Designing a surface that recieves rave reviews from all disciplines is a major success.

David Andrews of Andrews Bowen states:

" The London Olympics presented us with some great new challenges due to its unique location on a platform. Andrews Bowen designed, manufactured and installed the Prowax 2012 surfaces. We have raised the bar in terms of surface technology and hopefully other events will now aspire to achieve similar standards with regards to surfaces"

Simon Bowen of Andrews Bowen states:
